How to Shop

Just follow these easy steps to place an order

  1. Add items to your Cart

  2. View your bag

  3. Checkout

  4. Payment and Confirmation

               

STEP 1: ADD ITEMS TO YOUR BAG

Browse through the website and click on a product image for more detailed information. On most items, you have size and/or color options.

Please be informed that you can also put the currency in 3 different currencies Indonesian Rupiahs ( IDR), USD ( United State Dollars ) and EUR ( Euro ). And then please select the size and color you would like to order and click on the "add to cart" button.

Once you click on the add to cart button, the item will be automatically added to your cart. You can continue shopping as you go and if you would like to see what is in your cart, click on the view cart button on the top right hand corner of the page.

 

STEP 2: YOUR BAG

You can review the items in your shopping bag at any time by clicking the "view cart" button at the top right hand corner of the page.

To amend the quantity

o   Change the number in the "Qty" box

o   Select the "update" button.

o   Your order will be updated         

To delete an item from your bag

o   Click the "remove" check box next to the item you wish to remove.

o   Click the "update" button to update your order before proceeding to the checkout.

If you would like to continue shopping, please click continue shopping. When you are happy with your selections, click the "checkout" button and you will be directed to the checkout page

 

STEP 3: CHECKOUT

1. Checkout Options

Please register an account with us and simply fill in all detail information needed.

For returning customers please simply fill in your username and password

2. Billing Details

Please check the circle “I want to use an existing address” if the billing address is the same as the address you registered in your account OR please check the circle “I want to use a new address” if you want to use another address for the billing address.

3. Delivery Address

Same as No. 2.

Please check the circle “I want to use an existing address” if the billing address is the same as the address you registered in your account OR please check the circle “I want to use a new address” if you want to use another address for the billing address.

4. Delivery Method

All delivery within Indonesia is free of charge.

International delivery is charged based on your country.

Please be informed that the shipping cost will not including the duty and tax applies on your country.

Please explain in the box provided if there are any instructions or comments about your order.

5. Payment Method

Please select the preferred payment method to use in this order.

FOR ORDER WITHIN INDONESIA

We accept payments by the following methods:

-                  o Credit card VISA or MASTERCARD or AMEX or JBC (via Faspay)

-                  o Bank transfer

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDER

We accept payments by the following methods:

-                  o Credit card VISA or MASTERCARD or AMEX or JBC (via Faspay)

-                  o PayPal

Step 6. Confirm Order

A summary of your order and the total amount due will be listed, please review your order and once you are sure with the order please click on the “confirm order” button. All information is automatically sent to your designated email.

You will then be directed to payment page according to your selected payment options.

 

STEP 4: PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION

If you have chosen to pay via credit card ( Faspay) you will be redirected to Faspay page and if you pay via PayPal you will be directed to a PayPal page.

If you have chosen to pay via bank transfer you will be linked to a page with your order number and information about your order including details of the bank account where the money should be transferred and then please click “Confirm Order”.

After you have confirmed the order you will be redirect in the page with all information of your order number and the link “Payment Confirmation” where you can click after you completed your bank transfer.

Or you can find Payment Confirmation button on the top right  of the page.


Please input your personal bank account name - this is the name of bank account you used to transfer the payment.

We will check your payment within 2 business days. Once cleared, we will process your order.

Payment should be made strictly within 72 hours (3 days) after check out.

We will automatically send an invoice to your email address.

If you cannot transfer and confirm within that time, your order will be automatically expired.

 

REGISTERED USER

By registering yourself you will be able to enjoy the benefit of saving your address to allow faster check out every time you make a purchase.

By logging in to your account you can manage your account and your details and check your order status or history.
